I love this game. It was re-released on PS1 in Volume 94 of the Simple 1500 series. They added co-op, and the second player played as a girl.

I dig this cover for Image Fight on the PC-Engine. One interesting bit is the obvious Photoshop work on the left and right sides of the image. The original art wasn’t wide enough for the square cover, so they repeated the last centimeter a few more times.
